In the search box on the taskbar, type Run programs made for previous versions of Windows and select it in the results. Select Next, select the program you're having trouble with, then select Next again. Select Troubleshoot program (or you can select Try recommended settings to try that). Select the problem you're having and follow the process.
I will give an update after having tried Vice City and San Andreas. Thanks again @GhettoJesus ! Update: San Andreas and Vice City are both working, with Silent's ASI loader and SilentPatch, San Andreas will run and with ddraw and SilentPatch for Vice City it will run as well!
Go to Mice and other pointing devices. Right-click on your mouse driver and select Update driver. If your computer still won’t detect left mouse clicks, right-click again on your mouse driver and select Uninstall device. Restart your computer and check the results.
