Make sure the problem is not there due to playing low-quality music or if the call quality is not proper when you have connected your earpiece with the phone. The phone sounds might have turned OFF. Check. Check if the phone sound card is not working properly and the same is the reason to this problem.

I have bought my note 7 in July of this year. Everything was working fine until today. Out of nowhere, my phone restarted and got stuck on a bootloop.
