I am average height at 5' 10" and would like to get a bit more contact with the ground. I have seen the lower seat options which seem to gain about 1 cm, but don't see good suspension options or other tricks which may lower but not sacrifice ride quality etc. Seat: Not just the seat but the entire subframe, altering seat height from 31.7 to 32.5 inches in mere minutes. Yes, 1190 Adventure is meant to be used for off-road, and riding off-road require long suspension. very simple. I am still looking for softer spring, because original is meant to be for riders 75kg - 85kg, but I will not shorten spring itself anyway. My modification for seat and boots does not cause significant negative impact.
